Adbutha (surprise) yourself with the best!!!

These days we are very much concerned about our future objectives/plans and fail to capitalise or enjoy the present. Life is always full of ups and downs, the only thing what we should remember is to keep our head high all the time. Also we should surprise ourselves with some small gifts or fulfill our temporary needs as a token of appreciation for what we’re doing, for what we’ve gone through and for reaching this level because there is no point in expecting things from others as they don’t know the amount of effort and time which you spent.

When we serve others or when we do something for people, we often expect that they will also do something for us in return. But sometimes we don’t get anything in return and then we feel hurt and pain. And when people do something for us in return then we feel happy. But to live a happy life when you are serving others then you should not expect anything in return. Do things for people with your whole heart and but don’t think that they will also do what you are doing for them. #Inspired

When you will think of this thing then you will not feel sad or unhappy when they will do nothing for you, and when they will do something for you then you will feel really joyful because your expectation was nothing. In this way, you can serve others peacefully and you will be happy too. Never allow yourself to stop helping others just because they are not doing anything in return for you. Be a leader because leaders serve their people selflessly and they don’t demand anything in return. #Inspired

A big difference between leaders and common people is that leaders think and work for others before their own selves while common people think and work for their selves before others. So if you want to help others, if you wish to serve others and contribute then be a leader, develop a giver-mindset and then you will serve others with full enthusiasm, and of course, there will the people who will feel your genuine care and selfless work for them, and they will do whatever they can to make you feel good. And I believe that we all can become leaders, who will work for people to make their lives beautiful and worth living. #Inspired

You’re going to surprise yourself… in every sense of the word. You’re going to surprise yourself with what you’re capable of doing, with what you’re capable of saying and with the changes you’re capable of making. If you were to look back and be honest with yourself, you’ve surprised yourself a lot in the past. You thought you had reached a dead end. You thought you had reached a final chapter. You were convinced you didn’t have what it takes. And yet you broke through. You broke through what you thought was the end, was a limitation or was a huge insecurity. #Inspired

You spoke up when you usually stayed quiet. You stood up for yourself when you usually didn’t. You volunteered to go first when you never do that. You made the job change, that city change, you said no when you usually say yes, yes when you usually say no, etc. You surprised yourself. Make that your goal to look back and be able to say WOW, I surprised myself. I surprised myself with what I did even when thought I couldn’t do it. I surprised myself with the things I was willing to try, the words I was willing to speak and the changes I was willing to make. #Inspired

Once you realize that and embrace your ability to do that, there truly will be no dead ends for you, there will be no final chapters, there will be no silence when you want to speak up because you will surprise yourself. What a powerful realization that is! Know that despite your self doubt, despite your overthinking, despite your lack of confidence you can and you will surprise yourself. You will step up to what you’re capable of doing and that journey begins with the simple act of surprising yourself. Surprise yourself by doing the opposite of what you normally do. Say what you only normally think. Take action on what you usually only dream of doing. Surprise yourself.

Raudra (anger), the ultimate cause of downfall!!!

Anger is one of the most important reasons for a downfall/breakdown and due to which we lose lot of patience and gain lot of health issues. There’ll be times where nothing works out for you and you would certainly feel that everything that is happening is just against you due to which you lose your patience over a point and start behaving rudely even to your closer once. Yes, that’s where you lose control over yourself. Am not asking you to stop getting angry completely, but to think twice before you react rudely to the closer once.

Anger is a completely normal, usually healthy, human emotion. But when it gets out of control and turns destructive, it can lead to problems. Problems at work, in your personal relationships, and in the overall quality of your life. And it can make you feel as though you’re at the mercy of an unpredictable and powerful emotion. You can’t get rid of, or avoid, the things or the people that enrage you, nor can you change them, but you can learn to control your reactions. #Inspired

Angry people tend to curse, swear, or speak in highly colorful terms that reflect their inner thoughts. When you’re angry, your thinking can get very exaggerated and overly dramatic. Try replacing these thoughts with more rational ones. For instance, instead of telling yourself, “oh, it’s awful, it’s terrible, everything’s ruined,” tell yourself, “it’s frustrating, and it’s understandable that I’m upset about it, but it’s not the end of the world and getting angry is not going to fix it anyhow.” #Inspired

Remind yourself that getting angry is not going to fix anything, that it won’t make you feel better and may actually make you feel worse. Logic defeats anger, because anger, even when it’s justified, can quickly become irrational. So use cold hard logic on yourself. Remind yourself that the world is “not out to get you,” you’re just experiencing some of the rough spots of daily life. Do this each time you feel anger getting the best of you, and it’ll help you get a more balanced perspective. #Inspired

Angry people tend to demand things: fairness, appreciation, agreement, willingness to do things their way. Everyone wants these things, and we are all hurt and disappointed when we don’t get them, but angry people demand them, and when their demands aren’t met, their disappointment becomes anger. As part of their cognitive restructuring, angry people need to become aware of their demanding nature and translate their expectations into desires. In other words, saying, “I would like” something is healthier than saying, “I demand” or “I must have” something. #Inspired

When you’re unable to get what you want, you will experience the normal reactions, frustration, disappointment, hurt, but not anger. Some angry people use this anger as a way to avoid feeling hurt, but that doesn’t mean the hurt goes away. Not all anger is misplaced, and often it’s a healthy, natural response to these difficulties. There is also a cultural belief that every problem has a solution, and it adds to our frustration to find out that this isn’t always the case. The best attitude to bring to such a situation, then, is not to focus on finding the solution, but rather on how you handle and face the problem. #Inspired

The first thing to do if you’re in a heated discussion is slow down and think through your responses. Don’t say the first thing that comes into your head, but slow down and think carefully about what you want to say. At the same time, listen carefully to what the other person is saying and take your time before answering. It’s natural to get defensive when you’re criticized, but don’t fight back. Instead, listen to what’s underlying the words: the message that this person might feel neglected and unloved. It may take a lot of patient questioning on your part, and it may require some breathing space, but don’t let your anger to let a discussion spin out of control. Keeping your cool can keep the situation from becoming a disastrous one.

Veera (courage), learn to face everything!!!

Life is always full of ups and downs, never expect to always stay up and you’ll never stay down all the time. When good things happen learn to cherish it, try to carry the positive attitude and never be over confident. When bad things happen keep your head high, learn to face it courageously and train your mind to take some bold decisions. Out of everything mainly learn the mistakes you’ve committed and try to rectify it and make sure you’re not doing the same mistake again.

We all have heard stories about courage. When we are kids, courage comes from superheros taking down bad guys and saving the world. And as we get older, we hear of the mesmerizing accomplishments of courageous people who fight in wars, spur massive social change, and save lives. These are all courageous acts, but sometimes these narratives make courage seems inaccessible, and we are unable to realize that we do indeed have the ability to be courageous each day of our lives as well. #Inspired

I believe a key ingredient to happiness is being courageous, in both large and small ways. We all have the capacity to live courageously in our lives. The first step is to speak your truth. Your truth is just that yours. Define your personal values and beliefs and live your life by them. There are just as many opinions in the world as there are people, and that means that there is a tremendous amount of opportunity to be side-tracked from your goals. #Inspired

Remember to always be open to the beauty others’ experiences and insights, but keep your voice strong. Defining your truth requires you to be honest about what drives you, what you believe, and, most of all, what you fear. Fear is a secret everyone shares and no one wants to talk about. Everyone is scared of something, even the people we view as the strongest in our lives have, at one time or another, been fearful. You can turn your fear into an asset rather than a hindrance, all depending on how you use it. #Inspired

The first step to conquer fear is to face it. Turn your fear into a motivator to achieve your goals. When the ability to support ourselves or our family is in on the line, conquering that fear becomes all the more necessary. Learning to negotiate is critical to your career success; think of every negotiation as a practice for the next one. Even if you are not successful each time, you will learn something and benefit from the experience. #Inspired

Whatever plan you envision for your life, remember to always have faith. Not everything will happen the way you would like, not everyone will support you, and no one will be successful 100 percent of the time. When we face challenges in our life, resilience makes all of the difference. People who tend to sustain during the harder times are set to become the great achievers and people who refuse to sustain tend to be at the same level without any growth.

Surround yourself with courageous people. It is always more scary to go at it alone. Having comrades on the same path helps immensely. You give each other courage by numbers. Find a role model or mentor that has done what you are doing. We can all benefit from finding someone who will share their ups and downs, the struggles they encountered, and how they pushed past their fears. This can be an incredible source of support. When you doubt your own courage, they can remind you of your strength and conviction.

Shringara (love), learn to love what you do!!!

I’ve said a couple of times in my previous articles that we live only once, I would like to reiterate the same again, yes we live only once and we have full monty to do what we love. But at times in where you’ll be pushed to do something out of your choice during those times you might certainly feel that life is hard, during those times just remember that life will change at any point in time and nothing is permanent and start loving what you do, once when you inhabitate that character in you, life will turn out to be really beautiful.

Everyone is good at something in their life, but not everyone is aware of such fact. When we were young, we wanted to be doctors, pilots, actors, engineers, and whatnot. But we had no idea what did we actually love. You might dream to do a certain thing or to become something out of astonishment, only when you reach it, you find out it’s not something you like. Likings change from time to time but at some point in time we would be clueless on what we need to do and what makes us happy.

A lot of people think that in order to love what you do every day, you need to be living the dream the dream job, the dream salary, the dream team. But the truth is, loving what you do isn’t reserved for celebrities or high-powered executives. You can find meaning in your work no matter what you do or where you are in your career and as a small business owner, chances are, you have more opportunities than most. But what exactly, is the blueprint for loving what you do every day and living a life of purpose? #Inspired

You’ve heard the old saying, “Do what you love and you’ll never work a day in your life.” In many ways, this saying is true. If you’re passionate about what you do and you’re putting your focus and energy into it, you won’t feel like you’re working. Yet many people use this ideology as an excuse. Why put time and effort into something if you don’t love it? The truth is, if you love what you do for a living, you probably started out by taking small steps to reach that goal. #Inspired

Learning how to do what you love is a process. Resist the temptation to look at your current career as a failure or mistake. Instead, look at it as a source of information on what you don’t want to be doing for a living, the strengths you developed in the course of your life and the network you’ve built. When you’re able to learn from your mistakes without beating yourself up over them, every step you take is a step toward a life where you love what you do. You deserve to have a fulfilling career that allows you to do what you love for a living. #Inspired

Each of us has things we love. These things are both deeply enjoyable, and they fit ourselves into the vision of who we would like to be. When we’re doing them, we feel both fun and joy in the moment, but also feel content with the person we’re aiming to be. A route to greater happiness, in both the day-to-day enjoyment and long-term fulfillment with who you are and where you are in life is simple, do more of the things you love, and cut back on the things you merely like. #Inspired

The main problem is most of us don’t understand the purpose of life and the one’s who understood it simply ignore it imagining that they cannot change anything, but they never think or take actions to make a change. Change is not something which can take place overnight, it is a continual process happening over a period of time. Change is certainly not influencing others, it is something which people adopt in themselves by admiring, so let’s make love what we do and make this as a habit and create a change in this world.

Peace (shantha), makes life perfect!!!

On a general note, apart from money we expect only peace and happiness in life. Money acts as a basic requirement for everyone and everything, but peace is something which creates calmness, so even people who can’t afford money would atleast expect peace in life. Once if you remain calm and composed, you can reach the greatest heights in life. But in order to attain that, we need to cultivate calmness in us and we need to accept everything as it is.

What is Peace? Is it an emotion, a mentality, a lifestyle? Or a symbol, a social construct, an ideal? Is it a virtue that we embody everyday through our actions or just another false flag like equality and freedom. How often do we even think about peace though? Maybe the easiest way to figure out what Peace means is to just think about what we want peace to be. When we say we want to “be at peace” what do we actually want to be? #Inspired

Peace is a personal state of being. It already exists within each and every one us. It is not something that is created by all of us coming to an agreement. Peace is that feeling when you realize you are capable of achieving anything. Peace is the ability to transform conflicts and challenges into prosperity using creativity and empathy. Peace is building enduring and ingenious solutions to problems that affect not just human beings but the whole world. #Inspired

When we bring everyone together we exponentially increase our capacity to create value and benefit each other. Instead of excluding outsiders to keep something small and meaningless for ourselves, we invite everyone to join us so that we can all be part of something great. When we create something together, that we all share and all prosper from, that is Peace. Peace is also about respecting other and their feelings and thoughts we should respect the way we think we should be. #Inspired

What looks easy is often difficult to apply in real life. We want happiness to fill a void in our lives, but we don’t want the struggle and difficulties that go with it. Yet the pain and struggle serve as a reminder to stop influencing circumstances beyond our control. You have no business poking around in matters outside your control because life is bigger than you and will impose itself upon you each time. It has many millennia of experience and a toolbox of tricks, compared to your humble few decades of life. #Inspired

Be grateful for things you have like a job, a nice place you living in, your beauty, the food you can have and most importantly the people in your life. We used to take things for granted by nature and we think it is some kind of acquired right in life, actually, it is but there are millions of people might lack many of thing you own. Some just want a friend to lay on, a shelter or couple spoons of rice. Appreciate what you have and enjoy it until the end, because someday you will look back and wish to have these things again. #Inspired

Rewards always give a push to keep on keeping on, it is like the fuel of life but we wait for people to reward us and this never happen most of the time. Why to wait for people do you a favor while you can do it yourself, enjoy little things with every step and success you take in life no matter how small it was don’t rate your accomplishments they all deserve a reward. Rewarding ourself is the most important form of peace since we live and earn to enjoy the life that we live.

Laughter (Hasya) an important medicine!!!

We all know laughing heals pain, it gives you positivity and boost your energy. Wherever you feel low, try to watch some comedy shows, movies or acts you’ll certainly feel much better and you’ll feel light hearted. Somehow we have to push ourselves and life has to move on for which we have to understand ourself and motivate ourself that we’re going in the right way. Never let yourself down at any point, only you know the true value of yourself and you’ve to keep yourself happy for which laughing is a lethal weapon.

Laughter is a powerful antidote to stress, pain, and conflict. Nothing works faster or more dependably to bring your mind and body back into balance than a good laugh. Humour lightens your burdens, inspires hopes, connects you to others, and keeps you grounded, focused, and alert. It also helps you to release anger and be more forgiving. With so much power to heal and renew, the ability to laugh easily and frequently is a tremendous resource for surmounting problems, enhancing your relationships, and supporting both physical and emotional health. Best of all, this priceless medicine is fun, free, and easy to use. #Inspired

Laughter prompts a plethora of physical and emotional changes in the body. It triggers our bodies to release the ‘happy chemicals’ dopamine, oxytocin and endorphins so we’re literally flooded with positive emotions. At the same time, it reduces stress levels and creates a relaxation response. We take in more oxygen which stimulates our internal organs, strengthening our immune system, and it even increases our tolerance to pain the internal shift is palpable. #Inspired

Make a commitment to laugh more. It might feel strange ‘deciding’ to laugh more, which might also raise a question, isn’t laughter spontaneous?, but to change any aspect of our lives requires a shift in our thoughts, desires, and beliefs. Make the conscious decision to laugh more and picture the outcome a life filled with fun, frivolity and playfulness. You’ll find that your inner child comes out to play more often, and space for laughter will emerge. #Inspired

Although anger, guilt, and grief aren’t usually associated with laughter, it’s quite effective when dealing with intense emotions. Even a small chuckle can help put situations into perspective and give you the opportunity to reshape your view of events. That’s because laughter provides a distraction from negative emotions. Psychologists believe humor is even valuable to lessen the effects of threatening situations. #Inspired

Help others to laugh. Lifting other people’s spirits is the quickest way to lift your own. And you really don’t need to be a comedian to get people giggling. Creating an environment for fun and laughter is often enough to bring out the jovial side in people. So try to be the initiator of fun, suggest a family board game, recall that great anecdote or memory together, act the fool. Your willingness to look on the playful side of life will remind those around you that it’s OK to find humour in all situations. #Inspired

And it’s always worth gaining some perspective, and remembering that life on this Earth is as deeply profound as it is absolute nonsense. We all go about our lives doing the daftest of things. Step back and see the ridiculousness in it all. Welcome the humour in being imperfectly, awkwardly, human. We never know what’s going to happen at the next moment, so why not enjoy the present and learn to be happy? It all depends on how we take the situation, remember whatever happens life has to move on till we die.

Even your bad day only has 24 hours!!!

At times, life is so hard and uncertain, we might feel that we only go through bad time always, and nothing good has ever happened, but trust me whenever you feel low just think about the reason why you feel in such a way and try to take the positives from it. Don’t rely on others for your happiness, we come to this world alone, we fight alone, we survive alone and we die alone, when everything is done alone why do we rely on others for happiness? Remember, life is purely dependent on the way we take it, if we take things in a postive way life will be beautiful, if we take things in a negative way life will be bizzare.

Let us face it. Regardless of how much progress we make, we will still have bad days. Everyone experiences tough times, bumps in the road and an abundance of negative thoughts from time to time. With so many outside influences affecting our mood, it’s no wonder it’s hard sometimes to stay in a place of positivity. At times, a bad day can seem like the end of the world, and it’s up to us to pull ourselves out of the funk. #Inspired

Sometimes life likes to play it mean and hurts you really bad. It could be because of us or it could be the result of someone else’s doing. Anyways, it doesn’t really matter because past that moment when one acknowledges the pain inside, it is already time to move on simply because we are meant to be on this earth for a reason and pretty much every single soul on this planet has been there. #Inspired

When experiencing hardship, or difficulty, you can frame the events in a certain way to help them be less severe. A new day is a new opportunity, and if needed, you can reset your emotions and build them back up from scratch. Similarly, when putting your head down at night, you can choose to be optimistic about how things will be the next day. And it’s funny the way it works out. Often the energy you put out brings that energy back to you. So with positivity and optimism that the new day will bring relief, you are more likely to find the relief you are seeking. #Inspired

Think about people and their life path as a river, and as someone who is impactful, you can either serve as the banks of the river that helps guide the water where it needs to go, or you can focus in on the individual drops over the waterfall. It’s a tradeoff between helping many people in a smaller way, or a few people in a very individualized way. Neither is better, but both are different. “Sometimes, bad days are there to remind us that we have good ones to look forward to.” #Inspired

Sometimes, being in nature and breathing fresh air in natural light is an automatic mood enhancer and can help calm the chaos around you. When we get outside, we see the best of our world. The plants and trees, the architecture, and even other people can all help put things into perspective so you can go back to your day with a better outlook. So when we find ourselves waking up on the wrong side of the bed, the first step is to find a way to shift our perspective and calm our mind. It’s in that state of calm that you can recognise why you are feeling what you’re feeling and start to take the right kinds of action towards setting your day back on the right track. #Inspired

There are days where you’re less patient, more irritable, snappy and short, tired, or sluggish. It’s part of life. You’re human and life happens. We experience stressful seasons at work, deal with pain and loss, and have unexpected circumstances pop up. Sometimes, you just wake up on the wrong side of the bed. You’re not your usual self. It is completely fine to not to be okay, we’re human beings and we go through mood swings and there’s nothing to feel bad, whenever there’s a bad day just remind yourself that you’ll learn the lesson out of it and make it better next time.

Be kind even on your bad days!!!

Every human being in this world will have good and bad days, good day gives pleasure and bad day gives us experience and learning. Only one thing to remember all the time is to be kind, no one in this world will have good day or a bad day everyday, there will be mood swings, you don’t know what the other person is going through and others certainly doesn’t know what you’re going through, so why don’t we posses only kindness and gratitude towards others and spread only positivity? By doing that, not only our life change but also others who receive the kindness and gratitude will also change.

We all experience bad days, even the rich and famous. But no matter what we are going through at any given moment, our happiness is dependant on being grateful for the things we have, rather than disappointed by the things we don’t. Many of us tend to take for granted the opportunity that is already present, instead we choose to focus our energy on our difficulties and worries. Gratitude is a mindset we must embrace to shift our focus from what our life lacks, to an awareness of the abundance that is already present. #Inspired

It is a common belief that it is possessions that determine our happiness. The truth is, it’s exclusively our thoughts, what you think directly affects how you feel both emotionally and physically, if you increase your positive thoughts, you can increase your sense of well-being. So many people in the world today are filled with toxic thoughts and negative language which create negative cycles in our lives. Being grateful changes the processing of your thoughts and season’s your words, in doing so we open up the possibility of becoming a better version of ourselves. #Inspired

With all the opportunity existing in today’s world, we struggle to connect with our hearts and appreciate what we have and what we can do. Our egos demand more, a nicer car and a bigger house, yet a deep fulfilling happiness doesn’t come from having more stuff, it comes from having more gratitude. A gratuitous soul tends to be more creative, have stronger social relationships and cope better with adversity. #Inspired

When things get tough they ask themselves what can they learn from the situation and how it can be of benefit to them in the future. Gratitude doesn’t mean that everything is always great, it simply means maintaining an awareness of all the good and opportunity in our lives even when the environment around us appears difficult. Constantly reminding ourselves and showing gratitude for the things we have in our lives is a great way to take charge of our emotions. #Inspired

Don’t be controlled by outside circumstances, your thoughts determine how you want to feel at any given time, so be thankful and be aware of what you have. Life is not about what happens to you but about how you perceive it, it’s up to you to process what type of day you have today. In simply being alive on this planet, we are unbelievably blessed in so many ways, regardless of the hardships we may face. Think about the very fact that we are here, staring at this screen, this is a miracle in itself. By no choice of our own, we were born in an unique period that has witnessed huge technological advances, providing unprecedented opportunity to flourish through our own creative means. #Inspired

Yet even the most gratuitous of us struggle to regularly remind ourselves of the gift of life presented to us. We have all been given a beautiful gift in being here today. What we do with it and how we feel about it is up to us. Remind yourself of what you have the next time you are getting stressed because of bad traffic or over a bad night’s sleep. The reality is, if you live in a home with water, food and a family then you have an opportunity in this world. Sure there will be times when things don’t go your way, but all it takes is a different perspective to be thankful for your life and to see the gift given to all of us. Hence be kind to yourself and to others all the time to experience the best life.

Ego is the only race you win by losing it!!!

Lot of people have this mentality that losing is bad, it sort of create a strong impression in them and also creates lack of acceptability and ego whenever they lose. Ego is something which will never let you grow, it will degrade your standards and lower your value. But just remember, once when you start creating the egoistic nature in you, by the end of the day, you’re your true enemy, and you’ll never learn to live happy and enjoy the process despite of what your fear-prone mind tells you is the most important.

A strong desire to win is a necessary ingredient in anyone’s formula of success. The only way to accomplish your biggest goal is to completely attack it with everything that you have. However, when you invest so much of yourself into a single goal it becomes easier for your ego to kill your confidence and leave you in a state of mental paralysis. Being ego-driven isn’t necessarily a bad thing if it is fed by the right sources of motivation. #Inspired

But your goals have to be born from within and only by the outside world. Those external motivators are in large part why we have a hard time getting over our failures. We tend to measure ourselves too much by what others have to say. If you define your self-worth by how you stack up to other people, you’ll always be operating under an umbrella of insecurity because no matter who you are there will always be someone with more. #Inspired

It’s the mentality that’s been so ingrained in us growing up, being told that losing is bad, that losing means we’re no good like it’s a disease or something, once you lose or fail, nobody’s gonna want you or need you anymore. So from young, we would do anything to avoid losing or failing. It doesn’t work that way, losing is completely fine and only when you lose you learn, and you should let go your ego when you learn, you’ve be thankful for everything that you’ve got because a lot of people suffer to get what you have today. #Inspired

Everyone starts out as a beginner even Roger Federer, even Tiger Woods. The pros started somewhere and then they got better and better because they practised and practised. Practise makes perfect. You need to give yourself time. Only the amount of determination and grit you have and posses will help you in achieving the goal. Everyone needs time to be good at something. A genius can’t just rely on their gift or talent. They need to put in the hard work too, just like us. #Inspired

Nobody starts out winning every single game they play. Nobody has zero record of defeat. When it comes to something new or unfamiliar, there’s a higher chance of you losing than winning. And when you finally get your first win, the next thing you know it, you lose again. Because you meet another person who’s stronger, better or has been in the game longer than you have. What do you do? Pick yourself up and learn again. And this process continues on and on and on. #Inspired

Just because you are better in a particular sport, or at making lots of money , or at performing a certain art doesn’t mean you’re a downright better person than other people. Winning doesn’t give you the right to look down on other people, winning doesn’t prove that you are more worthy, and most certainly, winning doesn’t promise that you would be happier. In life, you’ll lose more than you win, and that’s okay. It happens to all of us. We lose first before we win; we have to because it’s through losing that we learn where we need to improve.

Calm mind is an ultimate weapon!!!

Keeping yourself calm in an intense situation is bit easier than keeping your mind calm. Because when the situation is intense you stop talking and you start thinking about it, which is the where all the issue starts, overthinking happens, restlessness is habituated, stress is increased and so does the depression, anxiety etc. So try to relax in those situations because whatever is meant to happen is only going to happen and stressing over it is not going to help you in anyways, Just sit back and relax!!!

We all wish for optimal well-being and peace of mind that state where we are satisfied with most aspects of our life. We’re happy, fit, healthy, content with our work and relationships, socially connected, and engaged with life and living things that lately have been hard to find for some of us. Just about every aspect of our lives has been disrupted, and any sense of well-being and peace of mind eludes us. Despite how fervently we wish things were different, that we could go back to how they were just a few, long months ago, we can’t. #Inspired

Life throws challenges our way. It’s almost unavoidable. They need to be addressed. We have our needs and desires. They have to be addressed as well. Avoiding those challenges, needs, and desires don’t result in peace of mind. Facing them and dealing with them are stressful. It’s strange, but we achieve peace of mind by doing what’s stressful. Peace of mind comes from doing what’s outside of our comfort zone. Peace of mind comes from dealing with our challenges, doing our best to meet our needs and to fulfill our desires. #Inspired

It’s easier said than done, but don’t let the negativity overwhelm you. Bad vibes can be contagious, too. Once you start giving in to that, you’ll realise you can’t control everything, and the hole you’re digging will grow. To lift your spirits a little, try thinking about what you’re grateful for even the small stuff!, talk to loved ones who can help you see the bright side of things, or find a cheery distraction in the cute corners of the Internet. It’s all about staying positive!!! #Inspired

Don’t jump to immediate reactions or conclusions. Just be patient, gather all the information you have access to, and take a step back. Let loose your fears so they’re not bottled up, but make sure they don’t overburden you. Give yourself a break if you feel you’re on the edge of a nervous breakdown. Press pause on your daily activities and just have a minute or two to be quiet and empty your mind of nerve-racking thoughts. #Inspired

Focusing on what is good in our life, what we value and cherish, what we love, and what are thankful for is the fast track to feelings of well-being. When we think of someone or something we deeply care about anything or anyone that fills us with positive emotions, such as happiness, joy, peace, and so on we immediately flood our system with feel-good, positive neurochemicals. All we need to do is set a timer for 2 minutes, close our eyes and focus on this person or thing until the timer goes off. #Inspired

Well-being and peace of mind cannot co-exist with stress, fear, and anxiety about the future or with sadness, regret, and remorse about the past. The more we fret and worry, stew and simmer, the less resourceful we are and the harder it is to cope with what’s happening right now. We need to turn off our negative imagination and refuse to be sucked into disempowering memories. In this way, we rekindle a sense of well-being and peace of mind, but this can happen only in the present moment. Now truly is the point of power. Our thoughts now, our actions now, create all our future nows.
