Discipline – The X Factor to Success

We all know that things don’t always work the way we expect them to, and most of us tend to switch to a different way of accomplishing it and few just hang around and try to identify and analyse what went wrong or what could have gone wrong and try to get that fixed, which is fine. Being consistent and making a valiant effort is the most important thing. Discipline is the art of realising that no one else is going to do it for you and pushing yourself is the only option for the dreams to become reality. Sooner we understand it, better the results would be.

In the journey of personal and professional growth, discipline is a guiding principle that stands out. It’s the cornerstone of progress, the driving force behind achieving goals, and the key to unlocking your full potential. Discipline isn’t about rigid rules, but rather a strategic approach to life that involves self-control, consistency, and mindful choices. It is the ability to do what you need to do, when you need to do it, whether you feel like doing it or not. It is practically impossible to be successful without imbibing the quality of discipline. Take a roll call of the most successful people in the world today, and you will find that they all have one thing in common — Discipline. A disciplined person gets things done regardless of how they feel.

At its core, discipline revolves around several fundamental aspects that empower individuals to excel and evolve:
Self-Control: True discipline stems from the ability to master your impulses and desires. It’s about making conscious decisions that align with your long-term objectives rather than succumbing to immediate gratification.

Consistency: Discipline isn’t a one-time effort but a sustained commitment. It involves consistently practicing habits and actions that lead to progress, even when motivation wanes.

Goal Orientation: Discipline thrives when coupled with a clear sense of purpose. Setting well-defined goals and making choices that propel you closer to those aspirations is a hallmark of disciplined individuals.

Time Management: Effective discipline hinges on smart time management. Prioritising tasks, avoiding distractions, and allocating time sensibly ensure that important responsibilities are met promptly.

Discipline isn’t synonymous with rigidity. It’s about finding a harmonious balance between structure and adaptability. Remember, discipline doesn’t advocate punishment but rather focuses on self-improvement and growth. In a world inundated with distractions, the practice of discipline stands as a beacon of hope and progress. It’s a lifelong journey that requires dedication, self-awareness, and the willingness to learn from both successes and setbacks. By embracing discipline, you open doors to success that might have otherwise remained locked. So, take that first step towards a more disciplined life, and watch as it transforms you into a person capable of achieving greatness.

Take a break from your routine to unleash yourself..!!!

Elated to post my 125th article, well lots of changes in life in these 125 weeks, lots of ups, downs, happiness, setbacks, disappointment and so on. But one thing which I feel proud of myself is whatever happens I kept writing. Nothing stopped me. Everyone has their take on life and so do I, now I feel that I need a break from this routine to explore further and unleash my capacity further. Well, this is not the end, this is just a break without a deadline. In this due course, I hope my learning and understanding of life grow bigger and stronger.

Why is it considered beneficial to abide by a routine? A routine, in simple words, is a set of activities one follows for some time. It is beneficial because it helps us mould our day into effectively deriving maximum productivity away from the mental pressure of sorting things out every day or every time of the day as it’s already laid out. It also helps you become more disciplined and efficient. It makes your life sorted. #Inspired

Taking breaks can improve both your productivity and creativity. In fact, not taking them can make you less productive. One of the chief causes of stress and anxiety, that most individuals in today’s world suffer from, is related to their long and demanding work hours, leaving hardly any time for them to take a break. What most individuals fail to realize is that such stress-inducing routines, involving all work and no play, can have serious implications on not only their physical and mental health but also on their productivity and overall lifestyle. #Inspired

Ideally, abiding by a routine is supposed to provide us with a sense of control and power over our lifestyle but sometimes it becomes overbearing and tends to make us feel like we are bound within the walls of the schedule and leaves no space for anything else. Stress, fatigue and depression take a toll on your physical and emotional resources and reduce cognitive functionality. Therefore, it is essential to break out of your routine, every once in a while, to take a breather and replenish your draining cognitive resources. #Inspired

Make space for flexible schedules and spontaneous plans. Be on your toes to try new things or ways out. Shake things a little. It could be as basic as hanging out at different places and not the same old. This always helps one be excited for what they might come across and keeps them on the edge. Not only this, it helps our brain stay healthy and active. We move beyond the barrier of what is known as ‘functional fixedness’. #Inspired

Take breaks. Take breaks in between and from studying, from work, from household activities, etc. I know it is easier said than done but we have got to try it because by now we know how vital it is to lead a non-monotonous life. If you don’t want to become worn out and dull, no matter how important a task is, don’t be completely lost in it rather take breaks to restore your concentration and skills and then get back to it. Not long or over engaging breaks, but breaks from continuous and repetitive actions. #Inspired

Effective working requires an efficient mind which comes from a de-stressed and free mind. Thus, it is important to de-stress ourselves and solve our worries in the first place to be productive. It is not tough to break the monotony but we often don’t regard it as an issue worth our worries and thus fall into its trap ending up in a nasty situation and mental state. Some basic things can prevent it or bring us out of it and we should make it a habit to inculcate these habits within us.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the readers, well-wishers, critiques, and friends who helped in the betterment of my view, to think about things from a different perspective, and look for different approaches to solve a problem. I strongly believe that life is a roller coaster ride and I’ll be back sooner and stronger than ever.

Forget the results and focus on the process..!!

We human beings are more focused on the results and get too stressed. In the meantime of achieving the result we want, we forget to enjoy the process. Remember, only if the process that we follow is right the result will be positive, else obviously the result will not be in our favour of us. If we go one step at a time for getting the result, definitely we’ll end up at the result that we need because we focus more on every step over the result.

We all tend to obsess over the outcome of everything. We want to get to the end product as fast as possible, and we want to skip any unnecessary means of hard work and reach our goals quickly. This is especially true when the results mean success, happiness and money. Here’s the thing; the results are useless without the process, the decisions and the thoughts we have along the way. Almost any aspiring business owner would say the same thing; they want to do what they love, but the goal is to make money doing it. #Inspired

When we ask for the golden rule, the magic trick that will create the billion-dollar company we long for, we are asking the wrong question. There is an obsession in today’s society where the outcome seems to be the only thing that matters, and many chose to believe that the end product is everything they need to be happy. We can’t get to the result without taking tens, hundreds or even thousands of small steps that lead to the bigger picture. #Inspired

The journey leads to the outcome, and we’re not focusing on the journey by questioning when the money will start rolling in. Nothing happens next, because when what happens next happens, it’s happening now. The end product is important, but it wouldn’t exist without the journey. Even when we get to the results, the journey keeps going. “The process of living your life is the product of your life.” #Inspired

It’s easy to see someone else succeed and want to fast forward to where they are. What we often don’t keep in mind is all the steps it took for them to get to where they are. If we were climbing a mountain, we wouldn’t think about what’s on the top, or what we’ll do once we get there. The thing we would focus on would be putting one foot in front of the other and deciding what the next step should be. #Inspired

If we’re asking ourselves how to start a business, chances are we will feel overwhelmed. Instead, we should put one foot in front of the other and decide to start researching, planning and coming up with an idea. When writers want to start writing a book, the same process applies. Writing a whole book seems like a daunting task, but writing one word is easy. One word turns into two, that turns into a sentence, that turns into a paragraph, that turns into a page, that turns into a chapter. Soon, the book will be complete. #Inspired

It’s all about breaking up the bigger picture into small, manageable bite-size pieces. This is relevant for any situation, not just writing or starting a business. We have to focus on the small steps and use the bigger picture as motivation to make the right decisions. The small steps are also called decisions, and continuously making the right ones will eventually get us to the top of the mountain.

Always live the present..!!

We human beings always tend to think about the future and plan for the future. Since we’re so focused and obsessed with the future and forget to live and enjoy the present. Life is very short and unexpected, you never know what’s going to happen the next moment but still, we tend to think a lot about the future. I am not saying not to plan things, planning things is very important but at the same time enjoying the present is also equally important.

The simplest way to explain what it is like to live in the present is to begin by understanding what it means not to be in the here and now. When you are not living in the present, you become a victim of the past or worry about the future; thereby discounting what is unfolding right in front of you. Significantly, this behaviour also robs you of enjoying life and being present to the people you love. #Inspired

Unfortunately, this is the condition of most people today. When our lives become dictated by thoughts and emotions attached to past events and potential future outcomes, standing peacefully rooted in the present becomes increasingly rare. Let’s say for example you are looking forward to having one of your favourite dishes. When you sit down to eat, you have one of the two options:

● To be in the moment with what you are eating, enjoying each mouthful, appreciating an array of different ingredients and relishing the meal. During the duration of the meal, if you are not troubled by the future or the past, this is classified as living in the present, in an anxiety-free state.
Or
● During your meal, if you find your mind is occupied with thoughts or events which had materialised in the past, and these thoughts torment or cause you uneasiness, leaving you feeling worried or fearing the future, this is classified as not living in the present. Hence, you fail in relishing the meal and cause further distress to yourself too. #Inspired

So, by constantly remaining in the present moment, one derives:
● Peace of mind.
● Worry and stress-free state.
● Good health and happiness.
● Genuinely being present with those you love.
● A life free from regrets and missed opportunities.
● Not anxiously anticipating or waiting for the future.
● Accepting everything life has to offer.
● Able to appreciate life, free from greed, comparison, envy, fear or jealousy.
● Contentment.

In contrast, the consequences of living in the past or anticipating the future, that one has to face:
● Anxiety.
● Missed opportunity with people you love.
● Poor health.
● Emotionally challenged or feelings of being out of control.
● Unhappiness.
● Life is full of regrets.
● Left with the feeling of ‘ifs’ and ‘when’.
● Whilst you are looking into the past, you have missed the present. By the same token, when you are looking toward the future, you are missing out on the here and now. Thus, you never feel contented.

How can you live in the present?
It is very difficult not to be dominated by your mind or led by your emotions, thereby constantly dreading the future or worrying about what had happened in the past. So, how can you be in the moment, liberating yourself from the influence of the past or the future?

By attaining the knowledge of Self, you will have the ability to remain only in the present. When you acquire a real understanding of who you are, which entity controls the natural running order of life and what is your part in this, you will learn to remain only in the present. And as your understanding develops, you will continue to dwell only in your real Self. #Inspired

Through the awareness of the Self, neither the past nor the future will touch you. You will leave the past in the past and not concern yourself with the future. Emotions like worries, tension, stress, fear and what and ifs will then no more affect you. As the Self, you will prevail in constant inner bliss and always live in the present.

Work hard in silence and let your success make noise..!!!

What drives you to work hard? It is nothing other than the hunger that is within you; all you need is to identify that thirst and ignite it. We create our fate, and that’s something very true! Although a lot of people tend to accept their fate as it is or think that they have done enough of what they could do, that’s where they fall back! It takes your determination and discipline to do the best of yourself, and a winner will always take it positively.

Lots of people talk more than they do. Because it is easier to do this rather than to do the work. But this will not get you anywhere. Only your actions will make things happen. Only actions will show others that you are serious and committed to your goals. Focus on your work. Be humble in your actions and then later you will see results. But understand, only taking is never going to help in any way of life. #Inspired

Once success happens, celebrations reach a peak producing a lot of noise as praises & slogans automatically. Don’t value the noise that gathers from all around, let down the haters from the peak. It is always said that before a Tsunami appears, there would be total silence for a few moments. Hence let us do our duty silently & let success make noise later on. Let us do it sincerely & the result will be a BIG BLAST. #Inspired

Make sure you have the hunger to do more in whatever field you are passionate about. Go the extra mile and put in more hours than anyone else around you and you will see the results come in faster with greater success. Fill yourself with positivity and positive thoughts to keep you on the right, focused path – combine this with the grafting you have put in and you will put up a shield to anything that may stop you. Execute the ideas you have – don’t just have them. Be willing to suffer for your craft. Make use of what you have rather than what you don’t and persist in your mission whatever the cost. #Inspired

Every human being aspires to be successful, but only those with high aims, willpower and optimum strategies succeed in real life. This means you will have to do a lot of hard work to become big someday in the future. If your plan is right and you are working in the right direction, know that nothing can come as a barrier between you and success. Keep your spirits high. #Inspired

In the journey towards success, you will meet many people who are good at criticising and will do what it takes to take you down. All you need to do in such a situation is keep working hard in silence, no matter how much you want to shut them up. There is a much better way than just shouting and taking out your anger; shut them up with your unique success story. Create an environment around you that doesn’t let any negative voice reach your heart or mind. #Inspired

Not paying attention to bad criticism is important as it can demotivate you instantly. But make it a point to segregate bad criticism from positive criticism, for the latter will aid you in making necessary corrections in your approach to get successful. So, never underestimate your potential and never indulge in fighting with your critiques as maturity comes naturally when the price of your success is paid by you only.

You get what you give..!!!

Life is very simple, you’ll only get what you give. If you give hatred you’ll only get hatred. If you spread love you’ll get love. This process continues as a cycle. So better spread love and happiness so that you’ll get that back and life will be peaceful and happy. We live only once and there is no point in flighting or holding a grudge with someone. At the end of the day what we all need is mental peace. If we have that I’m pretty sure, that we’re creating a purpose for the life that we live.

People around the world are waiting for someone to hold them and be there if they require help. The more we can hold them and give our little time & compassion can make a big difference in their lives. The joy of giving is indescribable because it takes courage to give something from your life to others. It is not easy to do something for another person. But if we have the heart to do something for others without expecting anything in return makes the difference. #Inspired

The joy of giving makes a person expand his or her life to a great extent. The best part is it gives a sense of satisfaction after doing your bit for people in your environment. The mere act of giving fills a person’s life with joy and his own happiness multiplies. The Quote on Joy of Giving is as follows: “We make a living by what we get. We make a life by what we give.” — Winston S. Churchill. #Inspired

We must have experienced it in life. when we have given something or done something for someone it actually gives a sense of satisfaction and makes you feel so positive about yourself. The joy of giving only happens when a person is full of gratitude for himself and is ready to come out of his comfort zone to make a difference in another person’s life.
Gratitude is the starting point of anything. #Inspired

If the person is full of complaints and criticism then it will be difficult for that person to feel gratitude for himself. One of the most important things for our own happiness is the act of giving joy, happiness, courage, compassion to others.
The more we give to others, the more we get from the universe. Your relative happiness will come from materialistic things but your genuine happiness will come from giving to others. #Inspired

So the heart to give others is important for us to contribute to building a society of peace & harmony. we have many live examples of people who have done great things for humanity. Our small contribution will also make a big difference in society. If we ourselves are feeling hopeless or depressed. Then the most important thing is to go out and give hope & courage to others and then see what happens. You will surely have changed something in your life and feel much better. #Inspired

The growing gap between the rich and poor is no accident, it is a result of some very fundamental assumptions around which our society is organized. If we made an effort to give back to the world even an iota of what we took out of it, the narrative would have been different today. For one thing, we wouldn’t have had a broken economy where women and girls suffer the most. Where children are trapped in poverty, and going to school or having access to basic healthcare is dependent on what circumstances they happened to have been born into.

Life is uncertain, so enjoy each and every moment!!!

The life what we live is so uncertain, anything can happen to anyone at anytime, hence try to be nice to everyone. All are human beings from the mankind created for a purpose. Never degrade nor speak harshly to someone, think twice before you speak because once a word is out from the mouth, it cannot be taken back. It only takes a flash of a second to roll the words out from the mouth but it takes eternity to forget and there is no point of regretting later.

All of us want to make the most out of each and every moment of our life. Yes we want to enjoy each moment of our life. But many of us end up not enjoying most of the moments of our life. Days, months and even years pass by only thinking about it but hardly we enjoy or make the most out of moments of our life. So where do we go wrong? Answer is that WE ARE NOT LIVING IN THE MOMENT. #Inspired

We are either thinking about the past or the future. We will not be able to enjoy the moment if we think of future or past. For sure we will not be able to make the most out of a moment if we think of future or past. When you are acting in the present, think about the present. It is different when your action or activity is only “thoughts of improvement after pondering over the mistakes made in the past / pondering over any goods moments of the past” or “thoughts on future plans so that you can act accordingly in the future on the same”. #Inspired

But when you are involved in an activity other than these two thinking activity, always live in the present. Say, for example, when you are reading a book, do not have an attitude or mindset of when will the book get completed. Instead enjoy the most out of reading the book. When you are reading the book, imagine the story or concept given in the book. This way you will make the most out of reading the book. #Inspired

However, reading the book for the sake of finishing the book would give you less understanding of the book compared to reading the book and habitually trying to enjoy the same. It is well said that life is a journey and not a destination. While we all search and are trying to be on the path of right destination, in the process we should not forget on enjoying the journey. We can enjoy or sense the happiness during the journey by making progressive steps to the destination. #Inspired

In Fact we should enjoy while making progressive steps to the destination. This journey has been given to us for a purpose. Do not lose the fun in the journey while thinking too much about the destination which is not in our hands. Always live in the present. Does living in the present let us make the most of our life? Does it help us to enjoy each and every moment of our life? Living in the present does help us do so. This is the main ingredient of the recipe and not the only ingredient. #Inspired

How do you look at yourself? Do you love yourself? What is the perspective you carry about life? Have you figured out what fulfills you mentally? The fulfillment which leaves almost a long lasting joy and peace to you. The second ingredient to making the most out of every moment is clarity in mind about what gives you ultimate and long lasting sense of fulfillment. Which activity or person gives you long lasting sense of fulfillment. Does it fit in your big agenda of life? Meaning is that ultimate fulfillment obstructing you in your basic food and other necessities of life? If you have figured out the thing that gives you ultimate sense of fulfillment, are you consistently moving in that direction. #Inspired

Meaning, if your fulfillment in life is to be the best husband, best father, best son and best in all important relationships along with say being the best lawyer in your city or country, are you heading towards achieving the same? Doing so, are you living in the present? The first ingredient being living in the present, second ingredient being having clarity, fixing on and following goals that give you sense of fulfillment, so sweet your goal, live at the present and fulfill it.

Always take good care of your mental health..!!

Apart from taking care of physical health, we should mainly focus on mental health stability. Only if the mental health is good we can do what we want, else we’ll whatever we do the wholeheartedness will be missing. There will be ups and downs in everyone’s life, we human beings celebrate the ups but when it comes to the downs, we often get dejected or demotivated and that’s common. What we should learn by making up the mental health is to bounce back stronger after a downfall.

Mental health matters. Taking care of our mental health aids in our resilience and recovery from anything that happens. Anyone can have a bad day, but it doesn’t mean that it’s a bad life. How we respond to it and take care of our mental health are what’s important. Mental health is important at every stage of our lives. It encompasses our overall well-being and affects our lives in many ways. #Inspired

When your mental health is poor, it negatively affects the way you adapt to stress, the way you relate to others. In many situations, mental health and physical health are intertwined. Poor mental health can hurt your mental health, just like poor physical health can negatively impact your mental health. That’s why it’s important to always be aware of both of them. #Inspired

One great way to overcome this is by acknowledging the importance of mental health and well-being and talking about anxiety, depression, distress or any other form of mental illness. Take the first step towards eliminating the stigma and improving yourself, just talking to one person (be it your parents, partner, siblings or any friend) who stands by you can get rid of worries and gives you strength, so next time don’t feel alone and talk to the person who’s close to you, we’re all in this together. #Inspired

Talking about mental health is necessary, but others can also come up with it. Part of the healing process is to reverse these sentiments. There is no shortage of beauty in our imperfections. We may also motivate others to turn around these emotions and take them on if we know that. The stigma is causing disgrace. Shame is giving birth to harmful behaviour. The destructive activity contributes to self-degradation. #Inspired

Stigma is spreading if we don’t talk about the importance of mental health. Those who are mentally ill need care when it comes to it. However, they won’t feel comfortable contacting anyone for assistance without awareness and breaking the stigma about their illness. Stigma is reinforced and battling and guilt are fostered. We give it more control because we can’t say anything. #Inspired

They become more strong and take more hold of us and the lives of others without talking about our emotions. The dilemma becomes smaller as we speak to each other with less control over our lives. By not shaming ourselves for mental wellbeing, we will liberate each other. We gain control over life if we are authentic. It is crucial to recognise mental illness, with sufficient timely recognition and intervention, we can potentially empower ourselves to avoid mental illness and reach millions of people with mental illnesses and can contribute to adequate personal, social and professional functions by providing proper assistance and support.

Never compare yourself with others..!!!

Parallel lines never intersect. Comparing yourself with others is the silliest and dumb thing one could ever do. Everyone comes to this world with their purpose, they’ll be running according to their plans, actions, and timezones. Likewise, you’re here with your purpose running according to your plans, actions, and time zones. So comparing yourself with others is not going to help in any cause. Act wisely and compare your yesterday with today and monitor the progress to succeed in life.

You know you shouldn’t compare yourself to others. Yet, that’s often easier said than done. Comparison is generally the fast track to unhappiness. It’s a recipe for misery. All it does is keep you focused on what you don’t like about yourself and your life. When we focus on other people, we lose time that we could otherwise invest in ourselves. We don’t grow green grass by focusing on our neighbour’s garden, we do it nurturing our own. So, instead of wasting time comparing your path to someone else’s, spend it investing, creating, and caring for your own. #Inspired

You can’t change something you don’t acknowledge. So, instead of resisting or fighting where you are, come to peace with it. Say yes to every part of your life, and from that place, make decisions that will move you in the right direction. Your life might have been messy and bumpy. It might have been coloured by mistakes, anxiety, and fear. But all those things were catalysts to help you become a better, wiser and more courageous version of yourself. So, embrace your story and how much you’ve grown from it. Be proud of what you’ve done and for wanting to create a better life for yourself. #Inspired

“A comparison is an act of violence against the self” – Iyanla Vanzant. There’s no comparison between the sun and the moon. They shine when it’s their time. By comparing, you become unsatisfied, miserable, and ending your peace of mind. Why the hell do you want to do that!. It is not a fair comparison, you don’t know what the other person is going through. We all are good at something and unique in our ways. #Inspired

Few ways to stop this:
Understand everyone is on a different journey, we all are working at a different pace of time. It is not your time yet.
Mark Zuckerberg became a billionaire at the age of 23 while Warren Buffett at the age of 56. It means you have to keep working hard and trust the process of time. Have patience and keep working with focus and direction, success will show up. Do not get disappointed and giving up is not a choice. #Inspired

Discover your strengths and weaknesses. Start working on your weaknesses to improve. Remember self-investment is the best investment. Start meditating, it will take time to get comfortable but trust me, it is completely worth it. It develops the ability to understand your thought pattern and change them. You become the master of your thoughts. Be kind to yourself. The only person who is going to be with you this entire lifetime is “YOU”. Everyone else is a part of your story. Stop pushing yourself into the gutter. #Inspired

Let go of everything that doesn’t serve you or add value to your life. Be it social media, friends, self-limiting beliefs, bad habits, and anything negative. Be with honest and positive people, who have achieved something in their lives. They can give you honest feedback on how to improve and get better at something. You are here for a purpose and work on finding that. Successful people did not get there by chance or luck. They have paid their dues and worked very hard for it. Remember everything takes time.
“Rome was not built in a day.”

Never forget the people who helped you..!!!

In the modern world, everyone is running on their own and nobody has time to think about helping people. Generosity has gradually decreased and people are obsessed with what others have and what they don’t. Out of all these, few genuine people tend to help others in the best possible way that they can, if you’re not one then try to be one and if you’re the one who is seeking help, never forget the person who helped you.

Depending on what all has happened in your life, relationship, you try to find solutions, peace, Trust. Some people go talk to a friend or you go to a philosopher because you are at a loss. The thing about philosophers or best friends is that they can’t tell you what to do, they can’t make you feel better. They won’t be able to take some of the pain out. What they can do however is make you feel heard, make you feel better, feel easy, or make you internalize. #Inspired

Cry as much as you can and realize just how you feel and then go from there. No matter whether it helped you or it hurt you at that time (which in a way helps you) or not one should always be grateful for the timely help and support. Gratefulness is a great Short cut way to happiness. Recognizing how you feel and think will enhance your ability to rationalize and internalize. #Inspired

Sometimes or for a few people, It seems that there is always a war inside and it’s the heart versus the mind. It’s supposed to be a synergy. After all when you try to analyze how you feel you use your mind and when you think of the pros and cons of any decision you factor in feelings. Despite the disparity of the mind and the heart, the two are more intertwined than we think. Feeling and emotions just like thoughts are all processed in the brain. #Inspired

The heart is a muscle. It is the core of humanity because it pumps blood. Feelings are processed through the mind and not the heart. Life is a precious gift! We see the good, the bad, and the ugly all rolled into the life that we currently are leading. We need to accept it fully and accept all it has to offer, we can achieve happiness, health, wealth, love, success in both personal and professional life. #Inspired

Sometimes when there are difficult times and we feel lost, we just need a good Mentor and a friend to help you burst your bubble for you to pinpoint your strengths, weaknesses, realize your goals and take action to make your life better. Coaching will provoke you into action. What kind of action? Only you will know. To know, let’s connect to understand. Feel free to reach out. #Inspired

God bless all those who have wonderful people around. Never forget those who have helped you when you were in need. Feel proud to take them around with you and make them part of your life. I would say they are your extended family. On the verge of newness or new people or filling your requirements, you may just walk off ignoring them, many not even bothered by them & they are hurt when you go off. But you also think that there is another set of people waiting to hurt you. What you do to others will come back and that is the power of reflection.
