Calm mind is an ultimate weapon!!!

Keeping yourself calm in an intense situation is bit easier than keeping your mind calm. Because when the situation is intense you stop talking and you start thinking about it, which is the where all the issue starts, overthinking happens, restlessness is habituated, stress is increased and so does the depression, anxiety etc. So try to relax in those situations because whatever is meant to happen is only going to happen and stressing over it is not going to help you in anyways, Just sit back and relax!!!

We all wish for optimal well-being and peace of mind that state where we are satisfied with most aspects of our life. We’re happy, fit, healthy, content with our work and relationships, socially connected, and engaged with life and living things that lately have been hard to find for some of us. Just about every aspect of our lives has been disrupted, and any sense of well-being and peace of mind eludes us. Despite how fervently we wish things were different, that we could go back to how they were just a few, long months ago, we can’t. #Inspired

Life throws challenges our way. It’s almost unavoidable. They need to be addressed. We have our needs and desires. They have to be addressed as well. Avoiding those challenges, needs, and desires don’t result in peace of mind. Facing them and dealing with them are stressful. It’s strange, but we achieve peace of mind by doing what’s stressful. Peace of mind comes from doing what’s outside of our comfort zone. Peace of mind comes from dealing with our challenges, doing our best to meet our needs and to fulfill our desires. #Inspired

It’s easier said than done, but don’t let the negativity overwhelm you. Bad vibes can be contagious, too. Once you start giving in to that, you’ll realise you can’t control everything, and the hole you’re digging will grow. To lift your spirits a little, try thinking about what you’re grateful for even the small stuff!, talk to loved ones who can help you see the bright side of things, or find a cheery distraction in the cute corners of the Internet. It’s all about staying positive!!! #Inspired

Don’t jump to immediate reactions or conclusions. Just be patient, gather all the information you have access to, and take a step back. Let loose your fears so they’re not bottled up, but make sure they don’t overburden you. Give yourself a break if you feel you’re on the edge of a nervous breakdown. Press pause on your daily activities and just have a minute or two to be quiet and empty your mind of nerve-racking thoughts. #Inspired

Focusing on what is good in our life, what we value and cherish, what we love, and what are thankful for is the fast track to feelings of well-being. When we think of someone or something we deeply care about anything or anyone that fills us with positive emotions, such as happiness, joy, peace, and so on we immediately flood our system with feel-good, positive neurochemicals. All we need to do is set a timer for 2 minutes, close our eyes and focus on this person or thing until the timer goes off. #Inspired

Well-being and peace of mind cannot co-exist with stress, fear, and anxiety about the future or with sadness, regret, and remorse about the past. The more we fret and worry, stew and simmer, the less resourceful we are and the harder it is to cope with what’s happening right now. We need to turn off our negative imagination and refuse to be sucked into disempowering memories. In this way, we rekindle a sense of well-being and peace of mind, but this can happen only in the present moment. Now truly is the point of power. Our thoughts now, our actions now, create all our future nows.
